Background on the summit: Every other year the Nebraska Corn Growers Association offers a Grassroots Leadership event for members. These events are a chance for members to come together and learn more about what grassroots mean and how they can be involved in the process. Our keynote speaker will be Allison Garriga, Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at US Farmers & Ranchers Alliance.
*If you registered for the first event, please RE-REGISTER*
This event is open to all members of the Nebraska Corn Growers Association at no cost. Lunch is provided. Others interested in attending should contact Morgan Wrich, Director of Grower Services, at email@example.com.
A note from Dave Warner, President of the Central Plains CGA: As many of you know wind was a big factor this year. All of the really low yields had ear drop from excessive winds in late October. As you can see some were really bad. The highest yielding hybrids stood very well and had very little to no ear drop.
