The Central Plains Corn Growers Association is pleased to announce the recipients of this year’s scholarship program. These were awarded to two high school senior students who are planning to pursue an undergraduate degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or an agricultural vocation field. The Central Plains Corn Growers Association would like to congratulate this year’s recipients, Patrick Groeteke from Riverside High School and David Figgner lll from Boone Central High School, who each received a $1,000 scholarship.

Anyone interested in applying for the 2023 scholarship must have a relative who is an active member of the Nebraska Corn Growers Association and can contact their high school advisor for the application.

The Central Plains CGA is an affiliate of the Nebraska Corn Growers Association. The Nebraska Corn Growers Association is a part of the National Corn Growers Association and works to create and increase opportunities for Nebraska corn farmers through advocacy, education partnerships, and leadership development.
